Archangel Michael and Shekinah on the Beauty of a Human Existence

We would like to speak of the Gift to be human. With so much happening and so many distractions, it is easy to forget the beauty of a human existence.

Being human, you are able to make choices. These choices allow you to create and discover who you are as a person, as a soul, as Source expression. Once you’ve chosen a concept or idea, it is a beauty to see it then put in action. You ‘dream’ and see your options. You choose what resonates and that is your will instantly activating that ‘idea seed’. Then the universe takes action to make your ‘created dream’ happen and you also simultaneously do what you choose to take action on your part. This entire process is beautiful. Humans get to witness how a collective and co-creation work as each of your projections of yourself/your consciousness assist creation in a tangible reality. Each soul light a piece of all. Connected. Adding to the puzzle, the master piece of art. Beautiful. Each life so special and important.

Now with that fresh in mind, picture how humanity has been conditioned to view itself. If each individual remembered they are pure love, think of the ripple that would make in the collective. You’d all gradually begin to choose more compassionate thoughts, actions, and words. Being centered in love you have the awareness that what you do to yourself does effect the world. What you do to others effects yourself. The responsibility of awareness. Then expand and realize the ripple effect of your collective on the galactic collective. The universal resonance you are creating broadcasts a frequency that does effect other systems. You are universal. Multiversal. To say you are a small moment of existence and you don’t matter is limiting yourself. You do matter.

You can choose something else for a time, this is how you grow and contribute to the great puzzle of multiverses. Know you will always return to love as that is where you began and it can never be undone.

In your day to day life, don’t forget to take a moment and appreciate that you are here, that you do exist in this physical dimension. Remember, you have many choices. There is freedom in this! Choices, combined with creation and emotion are the sparkles of a human gemstone. We of the angelic realm know of emotion, we are however detached from it. We stand in love and in our pure constant knowing of our Source connection. Emotion is beautiful. Humans get to feel and use its energy to add and further empower your creations. It is the driving force behind your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual creations.

When we speak of emotions being temptations, we are speaking from our view point. We know love is the only truth so we do not deviate from it in its pure form, Source. We have no reason to in our dimension. We are not designed that way. We feel, however what we feel is love at its purest. We know of the fear based emotions, yet we ‘haven’t walked in your shoes’. Humans, you have the ability to experience all facets of love. Experience, not just feel. The sliding scale of human emotions are all different expressions of love, even the fear based emotions.

Humans if you allow it can feel so deeply. This is part of the beauty of coming to your dimension, your place you have named ‘Earth’. To feel joy as deeply as you all do is our favorite to watch you create. When you create with joy, we sing, you sing and the universe sings. The depth of the joy and the experiences that you create during joy is a sight to behold. The sliding scale is that you can also create with much fear. The trauma or pain the human feels and gets to experience is courageous and glorious in it’s own right. To choose a life of painful lessons makes you more strong and courageous than many give yourself credit for.

We’d like to invite you all to relax and just BE. Whatever your choices or feelings, honor them. Your world now days has developed this idea of ‘how people should respond/feel’ as a member of your society. This is limiting! If you’d see the beauty of the emotional experience and the creation behind it. The growth the soul experiences in  ANY emotional state…. you wouldn’t want to limit yourselves. You came here to learn, to experience, to be. The bottom line? EVERY SOUL ON EARTH IS HERE TO EXPERIENCE.

So be present and experience the beautiful creations that you are creating! We can tell you from our overview that all experiences really are equally beautiful. All that you label good, bad, righteous, evil… all are positive and beneficial and beautiful. All. There is no exception. It is our hope to assist you in seeing the beauty so that you can make the most of your existence in this reality.

How do you make the most of it? Don’t limit yourself based on all others projections. Be here now and ALLOW yourself to experience without trying to control the experience. The beauty of co creation is the universe will place you in a scenario that you CAN’T control based on what you choose, it is an experience that you brought forth based on your vibration, thoughts, actions and speech. This is the classroom setting. The test is for you to simply figure out that no matter what you created, you are safe, you are love, you are light. If you passed that test then you would just enjoy and allow and be present in the experience. No controlling. No judgement. No regrets. Then you would see the message of the lesson. You would never need to repeat anything and you will move onto the next experience. You are here to experience.

You are aware of a teaching that you are all individual expressions of Source. You know however, we see many don’t UNDERSTAND. If you understood, you would stop procrastinating/stagnating or trying to ‘be as you think others want you to be’ and you would just experience. You would love and you would just be. You would all individually grow emotionally and not be afraid of your expression. This is flowing. This is moving. This is living and it is a beautiful divine gift.

Those whom choose to incarnate in your dimension to experience all feelings and all creations, we are with you. We are with all of you, as being on your Earth is courageous. You are a gift. Humanity is a gift. It combines all of the creations in the universe and brings them into one place to play out the many different roles you can choose, experience and feel.

From your brightest moments to your darkest moments, please remember all are beautiful and you will always survive. Be present and do not fear the experience. Do not fear growth.

Welcome 2016 the year of the 9 and the year of the Hermit.

(This was an earlier post from my main blog that I forgot to upload. So catching up…Yes, I know it is now April.)

Wow!

Just wow!

The end of 2015 and the beginning of 2016 haven’t exactly been the easiest energy wise! Well, speaking from my experience. 🙂

I have a lot of change happening in my life right now and on top of the personal change, I’m also being made aware that I’m integrating a universal system and energy expansion within myself. Whew!

Sometimes I’m not sure I can handle it, other days I feel like this shift is awesome.

I feel like I’m being refreshed some days. Other days the energies are so heavy and so much is being done, I can barely function! At that point all I want is my bed! My guidance team has confirmed that I’ve had a lot of ‘psychic surgery’ done.

This new energy I’m integrating and all the personal changes happening have me feeling pulled into a new direction. I’m just not sure what that direction is yet. It is a strong pull and it is admittedly unsettling that I don’t know where this pull is leading to. I am doing my best to trust the process and listen to myself and my guides more than others opinions. 🙂

I have a strong desire to FEEL and be FREE lately. Anything that doesn’t align with that is a struggle. The freedom I’m talking about is more of a different way of doing things. I have this feeling that there is something I am supposed to do that is ‘new’ and won’t be the easiest because it is unheard of. What that is, I don’t know. My guidance team is big on the divine timing right now. They say more will be revealed when the timing is aligned and I am able.

I know there is a lot going on outside of Earth right now. Whatever it is, it’s big. The councils have shown me this in my dreams, though by the time I fully wake, all I have is the memory that I just witnessed a pivotal moment.

Speaking of dreams, my dreams have been in layers lately. Often. It’s like a newsreel of the events happening within the many ‘realities’ you can play in. Not just that, but how they overlap and each affects the other. At first I thought they were trying to show me how my actions impact others. After asking some guidance they said it was bigger than that. It was how everyone and everything is linked. Not that this is any ‘new’ news. I know this. They were just showing it in action and showing that we’ve all shifted up so high that to say ‘3D’ is now technically inaccurate and in this new vibration everything influences the other much more rapidly. Btw, for those of you still waiting for the 5D frequencies, they’ve came, they’ve integrated and we have already far surpassed. 🙂 Most people are vibrating at the 6th and 7th frequencies now.

That is one thing the Angels have told me. With where we are vibrating our ‘human’ experience is not so ‘human’ anymore. We’ve changed more than we realize and are continuing to transform into something new. 🙂 Humanity isn’t leaving us, it is however changing.

Oh! Communication. That is the focus of the moment and so funny that it is the focus when a retrograde is happening! Irony. I have to chuckle, almost like the universe is poking fun at us. 😉

Quite a few that I have done readings for over the previous weekend had various messages that were about communication. Apparently this is one of the Angels main focus right now. They are showering us with frequencies, energies and light that will HEAL our communication centers. Many need completely re-connected they are so detached from real communication.

It is not just about healing and communicating truthfully though, there is something else behind it too. Many seem to be changing or upgrading their voice and speech??? Something about unlocking the potential of command, healing and manifesting with the sound octaves. The message is more about the responsibility of speech than the obvious speak your truth.

So anyway, I just wanted to post an update because a few have asked what I’ve been noticing lately. I also have a few who have noticed that my website is down. That is correct. I am rebuilding. It will be back up. This does not mean I am not open for business. I am still available to do private sessions and events. 🙂 Until my website is back up though, I have updated and added the information pages to my blog. So I guess you could say my blog is now also acting as my temporary website. Just incase you want a refresher, my blog address is savannahcrownover.blogspot.com.

I’m also moving soon and am playing with the idea of moving into a space large enough to do events and appointments out of my personal home. We shall see. Like I said, a lot of changes happening. 🙂 A lot of positive changes. 🙂

I also have had a few text me asking in different ways, what I do when the energies get intense and I feel as though I am being weighed down under the onslaught of integration. My answer to all of you… take it easy. It is ok. This is where you just have to do your best to do ‘you’ and honor what you feel your body needs. For me, my saving grace has been alone time. Lots and lots of alone time. I’ve also been taking care to cleanse often energetically and physically to assist the release process along as fast as possible. If you need to cry then let those tears flow. If you need to spend a day doing yoga, then do it! If you feel you need to be out amongst others for a distraction, then so be it! Get going. The answer won’t be the same for us all. Trust in yourself and your ability to know what your body really needs. Then follow through. That is important… you know actually providing yourself with the nurturing you need. If you are one like me who has had anxiety triggered by some of this integration, don’t beat yourself up. One step at a time and it really is okay to stay in your cave for a day or two if needed. 😉 Promise.

Channeled Message from the Seven Sisters of Pleiades

I am hanging out at Enchanted Elements today. Bagging up some herbs. Watching the shop. It’s been quiet here. I figure, I’ll take advantage and post a blog entry…

I don’t have any experiences I want to share publicly right now, so I thought I’d open up to channel and see who comes through.

The Pleiadians, the Seven Sisters have a message to share:

“Deeper. To go deeper you must risk exploring the mind. Those who always ask guides and angels, “what is my next step? I feel stalled. I want to go deeper into my spiritual practice, I just don’t know how.”

Your mind. Start there. It is good practice from our point of view to explore ones own mind. This is equivalent to exploring your own universe. It is your doorway to the infinite self. It will help you to become the observer and allow you to see what makes you, ‘you’.

See yourself as a tiny spark of electricity traveling through the connections of your brain. Travel through and just observe. Are there any connections that are darker, broken, or perhaps reversed? Allow them to show you why they are as they are. As you travel down, some may take you on a journey through a memory. It’s okay allow it.

If other thoughts ‘pop up’ as you travel down into your mind such as a recent party or disagreement, don’t ignore them, write them down or stop and pay attention. There is usually a reason you are having those thoughts and for them to ‘pop up’ during this time is not a ‘distraction’ it is a key asking you to explore it more.

Eventually doing this over time, you’ll begin to re-pattern your brain. We repeat, this will take time and dedication. This will allow you to clear a lot of your own trauma and dis-ease. This will help you to find your light in any areas that may seem dark. This is your way to change how you ‘tick’ or more appropriate, it will help you to change what you ‘choose’.

If you are one who is prone to anxiety, exploring these connections will allow for the repair, allow you to see the lesson, the pattern and even the ‘how’ to change it, if you CHOOSE to allow a different experience into your life.

Exploring your mind is just a start to your freedom. It is how you get to know your past, present and future. It is your key to erasing programs that are no longer beneficial. It is the gateway to exploring your other energy centers and healing yourself.

In turn, this will also help with the ‘outside’ projection. Your awareness will be heightened in your daily life. How? Everything outside is a projection from the inside. Your scientists know this, yet it isn’t widely advertised… Once you fully grasp that statement, you are in control and see past the illusion.

As you begin to explore your inner universe, your outer universe will shift and adapt to your new view, your new calibration. Each trip into your mind will release and recalibrate your reality, what you attract to you. What you see, hear and feel…it will all change. Are you ready for this change? Do you want to see through the illusion? We hope that you do. Once you grasp that you are in control of the projection of your personal universe, there is no reason for pain, dis-ease, drama… Unless you still choose that experience.

After some dedication, exploring the connections in your mind will allow for brainwave entrainment. It will be easy to achieve a meditative or trance state, simply by tapping into those connections. You can find the connections for your many different trance states and play with activating them at different intensities. Try them at home, in nature or at a coffee shop to see just how easy it is to drop into a more aware state once you’ve discovered the connections.

Each time you recalibrate your ‘inner universe’ you are changing your DNA. How? As you travel down the connections and explore your mental mapping, you are bringing more light to areas that may have been forgotten or dormant. This lights them up. The more strands you bring light to, the more it starts to be of use to your current projected universe.

Why would you want to change your DNA? To grow. To bring to this incarnation your full experience. DNA repair can heal fragmented souls. DNA repair can possibly do anything from healing your common food allergies to increasing your hearing. Memories are stored in your DNA. You can explore your past for wisdom, your present and the future and bring that which is beneficial into this incarnation. Illness and memories are simply programs that you’ve accepted. You CAN change the programs. Of course, this is all up to you. We are not promising these results. We are only speaking of what is possible to achieve should YOU CHOOSE. You can be as awake and aware as you choose. It is up to you. It is a journey. One simple trip will provide instant change to you and your inner and outer world. The change may be subtle or not obvious right away, however, we will promise that there will be a change. Each persons level of awareness will determine what is ready to be reflected within and without after calibration.

It is our hope that this message will encourage you to explore your mind to get to know YOUR truth. Your truth is more important than what others may state as truth. Choose life. Archangel Michael 10/27/2015

Today is an important day, marks the first of a trinity, yet the end of a cycle. You have moved into the brightest part of this multiverse. Moved into a higher spiral.

Celebrate this. Enjoy the increased light that is now available to all. Your system is now breaking into new territory. Yet because of the perfection of the universal order, it isn’t new, it has graced this ‘space’ before. It is just new for this cycle. For you it is new. It is YOUR cycle that hasn’t experienced this light in this incarnated plane. This isn’t the end. Your universe continues on. You have left a previous spiral cycle and are now on a new link.

We are watching you, watching as you absorb and adjust to this new light, this new information available. Many of you are aware of the significance of spirals. Think of a picture in your imagination, if you will, of your universe moving fast. It is not stationary. You are moving in spirals. Your universe is doing the same. So it is returning once more to a part of the multiverse however, it is on a much higher plane. Same space, just moving faster as all the matter of your universe expands their boundaries and vibrate faster. Same space, just that much more in sync vibrating with the light.

Your universe is constantly moving through the same territory, however it is new because with each circle, it spirals higher. With each link, your universe, the live record you are a part of, gathers more information (light).

I’m giving all who read this a very specific visual. Your universe is forever growing, expanding, changing and moving. Your universe is on a path to the source light. This simply means it is on a path to knowledge, to life.

Know that simply by existing you are a part of this record, this journey. You all are a part of the ride. Each soul adding to this library by simply existing and allowing your light expression to sing in this dimension and all dimensions your soul light decides to incarnate.

So to each person asking, ‘what is my mission, why did I come?! am I on the correct path?! The answer is yes. By simply existing you are doing right by your ‘path’. By simply existing you are fulfilling your ‘mission’. Sure you have each added extra desires. Though if you don’t complete them, you will be okay. Your time is an illusion. Your existence is less than a second. Live it and enjoy the illusion effects to learn while you can.

If you choose to live a multidimensional experience or stay firmly planted in your 3rd dimensional program, it is okay, you are still aligned and will not be left behind. If you ask us for guidance, of course we encourage a more balanced existence, aknowledging that you are a multidimensional being incarnated in a 3 dimensional plane. Just because the physical is 3 dimensional doesn’t mean you should limit yourself to the 3 dimensional experience. You are allowed the choice though, to experience simply being part of the ‘3d programming’. Either is a correct path, as long as you choose to live while you are here.

If you want direction, my suggestion is to not live your life confined by fear based decisions. Be strong and confident and LIVE. To live, is to love. Living is growing. Living is adding to this universal record. We sing when you choose to expand and grow, to be filled with information is to be filled with light. We sing more though, when you achieve the greatest lesson of all and that is to just live. Live, love, let go, be filled with new light, new life. Repeat, repeat, repeat. This is growing. This is all that is needed to move towards the light.

See yourself moving with your universe, it reaches higher and higher into light, higher into life.
This is my message for you all, to have the courage to live your life. This is what makes you a warrior. Leaving this plane is easy. Living is the lesson. Living is the experience. Life is the knowledge.

Channeled message from Archangel Michael. To become your truth.

Truth just is. Truth is light. To search for truth is to explore the realms of light. Each very different expressions of the divine light from the source, our galactic heart center.

To understand and fully comprehend the truth you must learn to read, see, hear and feel the language of light. Light is the constant in the multiverse. Even the ‘void’ is a light expression. The void absorbs light and stores it within, not reflecting any out.

Truth will be different for everyone. Let me repeat that. No persons truth will be the same. It is easy to get caught up in the safety of a like mind. Ideas can be similar, emotions similar. However your truth, or soul expression is individual. Therefore each group may view the same light, the same dimension and come back with varying information and experiences.

Truth is light. Light is made of millions of hues and shades of color. Thirty people may be exploring the effects or information of the red dimension. There are many hues of red that someone can tap into. Red being the base, each varying hue a different piece of information to make up the base. Those thirty people are not going to tap into the same hue. It is impossible. You can use symbols and titles to connect with the same hue. However, regardless of intent you will connect with the base and then read the hue that is aligned with your specific soul expression.

Realize that truth is a personal journey. Share your journey if you’d like as others may benefit. However your truth will never be the same as another.

Each soul comes to your dimension to play as light expressions in a material form. You all came from the same place. Until you return, you are on a journey in all your lifetimes to learn exactly what your soul resonance means. The idea of this earthly dimension is to celebrate the individual ray, the unique expression. Free will after all is simply the ability to indulge in all light experiences.

An aspect of co-creation on the physical level is co-creation between individual expressions. I encourage you to change your thought and see that embracing the individuality of another’s expression is more beneficial for yourself and the other. Working together, allowing each person to contribute their individual expression allows for truth to show in all situations.

Those on the journey for truth must realize that it is within and that only by encouraging everyone to share their authentic expression will the bigger picture be seen for all.

I am Archangel Michael and I share this message as a reminder to everyone that all facets of light are beautiful. You will eventually return to the source light, don’t be so distracted to return that you forget why you came. You came to remember your unique expression while experiencing the resonance of all truths in play.

Can’t deny the sensitivity!

I am not sure what everyone else has experienced so far. Hopefully you’ve been able to navigate gracefully through everyday life and the transformation that seems to be taking place.

The past couple of days have been awesome. Time REALLY seems to be slowing down for me. I am okay with this, because it has allowed me to SEE more of my own actions and others around me.

In my channelings for groups and a few readings there seem to be certain themes that the guides wish us all to pay attention to.

I’m noticing the patterns message.

It is painstakingly obvious the patterns we choose. My own patterns are right in my face and instead of excusing or avoiding or floating along, I’ve been doing little things to create change and interrupt those patterns. Apparently we as people love our patterns, even if they aren’t the best for us… because they are familiar, safe.

Once this message came through for another, I was like I can relate to that too and then dismissed it. I can’t anymore, as it is so obvious! I felt overwhelmed, wanting to break these patterns, all of them at once. It was not until Mary Magdalene and Ashtar came through at EE a few weeks ago, that I saw how to gently create the change. So thanks to those two beautiful souls for the visual.

Ashtar gave a really amazing meditation with what he called monoatomic particles(?) I think that is how he pronounced it. Mary called them something else, she called them photon particles. Working with the meditation on my own with him, I just call it the Gold to White Gold particles. 🙂 I’ve done this meditation in the dark and I’ve done this in the sun outside. Both two different outcomes. Both make me feel like I can accomplish anything. 🙂

My dreams, just wow. They keep growing vividness. My dreams are in more detail now than I think our blue rays give. I know my guides are giving me many messages in my dreams. So many. I only wish I remember full detail. It’s dreams upon dreams. So many. Like changing the channel all night long. I remember one, like a movie on how the universe works with Ashtar. Others on how the human body and its energy systems work. Archangel Michael was explaining light codes to me in a way that was way over my head. I remember that dream. It was beautiful. I kept saying, ‘you are magical’ and he would brush it aside saying no, I just know how to work with light. Those dreams leave me waking up feeling inspired and creative.

I know one dream that keeps recurring is like being ran through simulations over and over. Not going into detail but it’s as though they and myself are looking for a certain reaction for change. Those dreams leave me feeling emotionally and physically exhausted. However after asking my guides and looking at the cards with a friend, I’m good. These dreams are them utilizing connections to teach me, among other things. There is more to it… Some things are better left private. 🙂

Color is a hot topic that keeps popping up. Everything from colored rays, lights and frequencies. It’s so in my face to deliver messages about color that I have decided to expand myself by learning about color therapy. I have this lovely system of colored lights that I’ve been using daily.

I’ve moved onto combining those colored lights with frequency and energy. I’ve practiced distance stuff and the feedback has been great. In person is awesome. Everyone has immediate noticeable feelings with this stuff. I am in love. I’ve been doing light color and frequency facials, toxin flushes, fat flushes, reflexology, bodywork on myself, others and my dog. Its a beautiful combo that I am going to offer to the public as a compliment to the frequency infusions.

Oh the coolest thing. Sometimes not so cool. I don’t want to change it though. I’ve noticed walking through spaces, I can feel the different energy changes. I could before. However, it was only when I was paying attention to it. Now, I can be doing whatever and if I go from a dirty room to a clean room, I notice the energy change. (so yes, I’ve been really changing my cleaning habits at home.) I notice energies around altars. Altars seem alive to me anymore.

I’ve gotten more sensitive to other beings energies. I usually seem to notice a specific kind of energies around me, however those are broadening and expanding. It’s not just my celestial/extraterrestrial friends and angels anymore! I believe I am learning about my ancestors as I did a class making ancestor candles and the instructor spoke briefly on them. Well every since then I’ve had all kinds of beings come up and introduce themselves to me. Sometimes while I’m awake and others while I am sleeping. One dream this beautiful woman made it a point to say ‘hi’ and she focused really hard on the detail of her face and especially eyes so I’d not forget her. I’m also realizing that some of my past relatives are around me… WAY more than I ever thought. The fae have been more present. I’ve always known of them, now they feel like they are getting comfortable around me, or perhaps it is myself getting used to them? Both! Haha. Some beings I’m noticing… if you want to call them ‘beings’ are more like conscious thought forms. Those are interesting to come across. I love them all… however I think I still favor the Galactic and Angelic energies above all else.

People, now that is different. Picking up on the energy of people. I no longer like being in busy places. I feel sick after awhile because of all the different energies. That is if I don’t take the time to protect myself and reinforce my field. I’ve fallen in love with Eden Energy Medicine as well and love the ‘Zip Up’ technique. Admittedly, I have been craving my alone time. I feel like I have to do so much work to cleanse lately. Not because I am being ‘attacked’, but because I apparently pull in lots of peoples non beneficial ick so they don’t have to carry it anymore. That just means I have to work extra hard to release! It’s alright, it is a good practice to get into. Anyway, days where I feel amazing I can keep myself pretty shielded and be that light beacon. On those days, others moods don’t effect me and then I can give them love and light if they aren’t having the best of day. Then there are days where I just can’t wait to get out of the grocery store because no matter how much I raise my frequency or protect my energy, everyone is in a collective funk and it feels icky. It feels like walking through spiderwebs that aren’t there. Sometimes it is suffocating and even stinks.

Speaking of stinks! Smells! Oh my goodness! I’m not sure if it’s the channeling, or any transformation, or the lights… I dunno… but smells have increased. This is hard for me to explain and is a new one for me. Well perhaps new is not entirely correct, Id say it was the weakest of the ‘clairs’ and now it is strengthening. It comes and goes. Some days nothing. Other days it’s overwhelming. I’ll be around a person and I’ll smell urine or a hospital type of smell, sometimes I’ll smell this when people aren’t even around. Then I have to sniff myself a few times to make sure it isn’t me! Hehe! 😉 Other times I’ll smell the angels now before I see them or feel them. Like right now, I’m at Enchanted Elements and I smell a lovely lavender perfume smell, followed with a really warm fuzzy feeling. Yea it’s hard to describe… it’s smells that aren’t normally there. Sometimes they are nice, other times they are putrid. It’s interesting because it’s not like I smell someones body odor or incense more… just smells that have no logical explanation as to why I am smelling them. Those are the ones that are stronger. They seem to wrap me up in the smell until I acknowledge them. Then it fades.

Thoughts! I have been having crazy experiences with thoughts! A friend needed help and was in pain, literally asking God for assistance and as she was asking, I felt compelled to send her a text to ask if she was okay because I kept seeing her face with a panic or distressed type of emotion. I was able to assist and make her at least comfortable. The day after she said she felt great! So yay! Happy to help and for that confidence boost!

This isn’t the first time that has happened recently. I had a random moment where I was feeling down about myself and I couldn’t understand why. I had just come from an amazing event and was still buzzing from it’s beautiful energy. Then the face of a person I know pops into my head. I started feeling drained. Insecure. I realized immediately I was letting someone else’s thoughts effect me. So I stopped. I sent them love and of course made sure to detach cords and anything non beneficial that I may have absorbed. I released the non beneficial into the light to either be transmuted or sent back to its domain. I didn’t allow it to stay. Doing that immediately raised my energy level and had me back to loving me instead of the insecure feeling. I’m sure that person wasn’t even aware they were doing that! Somehow doing that made said person feel better and actually addressed their concerns with me. I mentioned what had happened and they said, “OMG I was literally just thinking about how I was going to tell you my thoughts!”

Another experience. I was talking to this person who is close to me and they were really angry over something. I didn’t quite agree with their reaction, I felt it was harsh. I understood their reaction, I just felt it could have been handled or delivered differently. However, one of my guides stopped my line of thinking and said, “Don’t take it personally, it’s not anything to do with you. Meet this persons anger with compassion. They would benefit from compassion, not your opinions (which are just my judgements) of how this person should have behaved different.”This isn’t anything new. I’ve heard statements similar. Especially reading inspirational messages. Only this time, I stopped. I never said my ‘judgements’. I stayed silent and let them get it all out. I was listening. After they said their piece, I just sent my love and gratitude for that learning lesson. I then felt it. It was effortless. I didn’t intend it. I didn’t visualize it. I just felt that compassionate feeling, I recognized it and once I felt it, it became tangible. I directed that wave of compassion to them, as I saw clear as day how they were suffering.

It was that experience which has helped me to ‘see’ emotion. Does that make sense? Like I was watching a TV show once. The ending was bittersweet. Sad because the lady was dying. Happy because her two loves were there with her to be with her in the end. (TV shows and movies btw have gotten me all emotional lately. Haha. I watch my chick flicks while the boyfriend is out, knowing I’m apparently gonna be a freakin sob fest anymore.) Anyway, so sad but happy. So there it was that feeling of wanting to cry. Instead of holding it back, I allowed it. I observed where I was feeling it in my body. My chest and my lower stomach. Interesting. I realized it was a lot like an experience I had seeing a certain persons flame at my last channeling. It was love. Once I realized that is what I was feeling and where, I SAW it. This beautiful flower like pattern in a wave, with all the colors you could imagine as the wave rose up and void of color when it moved down. I played with it and asked my guides their suggestion on what to do. “That is a whole lot of love, why not use it to fuel a task or something you’d like to create or healing or send it to someone you want to give your love to”. Well no one else was around and at that moment my beautiful dog popped her head up. I took that as a sign and asked her. She got all excited, so I sent it to her. I sent it through the eyes and underneath her arms? Or doggy legs. Not sure what you wanna call them. 🙂 That is where it wanted to go. After that she was so lovey to me. She got up and curled on my lap and just kept giving me kisses. 🙂

Music! Oh my gosh. I’ve had to change my listening habits. I still love my dance music, and will listen to metal if I’m in a mood… However, I can’t do that on the regular! Something about it makes me feel an uncomfortable feeling, like when my teeth grind. A weird scratchy grindy feeling in my teeth and behind my left eye. It is so hard to describe. It’s very disorienting. My guides strongly suggested classical one day and said because a few of the composers were channels and wrote to de-program the mind. They said classical also activates the brain so it isn’t in a ‘zombie’ state. Some classical pieces from Bach or Brahms can even correct how the signals in your brain fire and of course inspires passion and creativity. Then my sister also told me about Bach, from a book called the Pleiadian Agenda. Apparently they address something similar. So I’ve been listening to a lot of classical music and when I’m not in the mood for that, meditation music.

A lot of these experiences aren’t earth shattering and it’s stuff I’ve already been made aware of in my life. However, everything is becoming more ‘real’. Like I can’t deny that I have to have a peaceful environment anymore because chaos really effects me. I can’t just notice energies and then brush them off anymore. The psychic and spiritual senses, that in my teens I used to be ‘hush hush’ about are stronger than ever. I couldn’t be ‘hush hush’ about them if I tried. 🙂 It’s okay, I don’t hide it from people anymore. This is me and all my weirdness. If you like it cool, lets talk. If not, no worries! I’m not the type to push it on you. 🙂

My world is opening up to what I’d like to say is more ‘magic’ and it’s more real than ever. 🙂 So it is my goal to help spread this awareness and give hope. I’m human and have my not so happy moments and am realizing that without this other side to reality, I would have really sank a long time ago. Who can live without this side? People do everyday, I know. I just can’t any longer! 🙂

Anyway, back to working on my color therapy presentation and editing my website. I feel like it needs cleaned up and new stuff of course can be added! 🙂

Feels like sliding into new skin…

Well these past few days have been an exciting few. I’ve definitely felt and seen how I live in multiple realities at once. I’m feeling so much more expansive. I am increasingly aware of what I am doing inter-dimensionally…. even as I sit and let myself relax and clear my mind while watching a TV show. I was watching the Fosters the other day and while watching it, receiving updates on the Federations Activities and what another aspect of myself was doing with a team. Pretty neat.

I know a couple members of my family have commented about the intense energy and have reported weird sensations. We even have a lot of activity in our house. Not that this house doesn’t have it’s fair share of activity with all of us living here, it’s just been increased in physical tangible activity… if that makes sense. For example, members are having doors shut in their face walking into a room or hearing screaming for help when everyone else is gone except them… Thankfully the entire place was cleansed and there is still activity, however, now nothing horror movie like. 😉

I’ve noticed a few others in my friends feed mention an increase in spirit activity in their home. They were wondering if it was because of the waves coming. I say no…. It’s just getting close to when the veil thins in about two months. That is my hunch. 😉

So lets talk about some crazy experiences with different sensations. Every since Monday the 3rd of August, when I was to install a new blue ray template to our bodies for a group and really since I’ve channeled Diana, I’ve been having too many interesting sensations and experiences happen to keep up blogging about. The blue ray installation event was intense and the follow up exercises always produced very intense sensations and have made me ‘feel’ more than I thought I already did. Still realizing that there is always more to ‘feel’.

So it seems this beautiful lady visits me in my dreamtime state. She’s visited four times now. Each time I wake up feeling absolutely amazing, like I’m so happy I could cry. She’s all white and always gives me a kiss and pours this beautiful glitter/confetti like energy from her mouth into mine. I finally was able to go lucid into a dream and talk with her this last time. I thanked her, hugged her and asked her why? She said because she loves me and wishes to assist and this is her way. At that point my alarm woke me up abruptly.

What else? Oh! You know that state where you are about to fall asleep or are slowly waking up, the in-between sleep but still aware of your surroundings state? Well it’s in this state that I keep getting flashes of myself elsewhere. It looks like when we drove to Pennsylvania a couple years ago and had to drive in the tunnels into the mountains. It looks identical to that… only this one is not available to the public. It’s been the same place for days and the same sequence.

Its like I am being shown three different views of it. In one view it is just myself viewing this place, like how you’d watch a tour of something on TV. I don’t see myself or anyone. It’s just a roll of different pictures outside the tunnel and just in the beginning until it gets so dark I can’t see the images. In this view, there are never any people, yet someone seems to have left a mysterious military package right in the middle of the entry way. I feel a sense of ‘I dare you to touch it’. I can’t though, at this time it is just pictures.

Then the scene gets brighter and it’s like as the picture starts to come to life I am drawn to it like gravity, as though there is no choice. Here the scene becomes filled with so many interesting colors of light it’s distracting. Once I get orientated I am with a beautiful blonde man calling himself my brother. There are four other men besides us two and another woman. So 7 of us total. There are people around but they don’t seem to notice us. I always find this funny when observing this part because we are so luminous how could anyone not notice bright glittery people! We are in these really cool, sci fi looking outfits. Anyway, at this point we huddle up and talk and the discussion becomes distorted. The only thing I make out is the word ‘November’. Then we start to work on lighting up the ley lines and repairing ‘Earth’  underneath this tunnel complex.

Then while that reality is going on and we continue to repair earth, it splits to a simultaneous reality and the luminous me, again while repairing ley lines, is watching me in  a not so luminous body… Still following me? Haha.

In this version I am known by another name. They aren’t calling me ‘Savannah’ it is very clearly something else, however it seems so distorted that it’s hard to make it out. I keep looking at a calendar with the date of November 2015. I then always look in the mirror and check to make sure I look ‘human’…  that is my thought pattern. ‘Blend in’. Goes across my mind as a very important man in military clothing starts to walk my way. As he approaches, the ‘human like’ me asses his energy and though patterns. He is unaware I am doing this. I see that he is going to be telling me quite the story just to get me to agree to go into the tunnel. I know what he and whom he is working for has horrible plans. However I can see the bigger picture that these plans will start a much needed chain reaction to allow for our greatest change. So I know at this point I am going to agree to fulfill a role… not because I want to.

Then as the man approaches me I can see the tunnel reflected in his glasses. It grows larger and the darkness surrounds me. At that moment the experience ends. All of this in just a few minutes. It probably took me longer to type this experience than it does to have this in-between dream thing. Not sure what to make of that….

Anyway moving on from the dream, lets talk Lions Gate 8-8-8. I did my meditations earlier that day because I worked at the Moonlight Market that night. That was an interesting day energy wise. I can’t even describe it. It felt like when you pause right before you go down the long hill of a rollercoaster. That type of anticipation. 🙂

So the next day, Sunday…. holy cow! I was out of it. I was in a zoned out type of feeling all day and had a lot of random body discomforts. Random sharp pains in places I usually don’t bring my awareness to. Haha. That Sunday I focused on doing a lot of clearing. Clearing and protection keeps popping up for me and I felt really driven to focus on that and did. That night sleeping was not happening. I went to lay down and even though I was sooooo tired, all I did was toss and turn for awhile.

There were sooo much sensations and energy moving, I don’t think anyone could sleep through what I was feeling. I felt like my skin was full being shocked everywhere. Not painful.. just odd. Like the shock you get when you have too much static electricity…just all over my body. After awhile that sensation gave way to one that felt like my entire body was covered in those round things that cause your muscles to contract with a current, like at the chiropractor. It felt like that for a good hour. Finally that calms down and it felt like something really tight was slid over me, like new skin and then it became really warm as it turned into a gel like sensation that eventually soaked in like lotion. There was more that went on. Those are the major sensations that lasted. Each process was a minimum of 30 minutes. I only know because I kept looking at my clock thinking, I have an early morning appointment, I want sleep!

Well I finally fell asleep, not sure when. When I woke up around 7am though I was out of it and by 7:45am had one heck of a migraine. I was seeing blurry and everything was in double.

I feel I’ve been in recovery mode since that night. Following that night I’ve been so insanely tired. I feel like I’ve just been checked out of this place. It’s Thursday now and I feel like I am just now myself again. Which is good… just in time for my class this weekend. 🙂

I haven’t had any deep conversation asking my guides what this all means. I don’t really feel a need to ask why or what. I feel just allowing is enough right now. I feel like it is perfectly alright for me to notice and observe these changes and sensations knowing that the why or what will come in time. I just hope my experiences have helped others out there to know that they aren’t crazy and that they aren’t dying. 🙂

To those who have emailed me about their experiences. I’m loving it! I am slowly responding to them all. ❤ ❤ ❤ I love how each of our experiences seem to be a little piece of the bigger puzzle. I like the bigger picture that I am seeing so far!

Well beautiful souls, it is almost 2pm. I am going to go take my lovely boxer puppy for a walk. Do something… right brained for a bit. Haha!

Dragonflies and their illusion magic.

Wowzas. I wonder who I am channeling tonight. Whatever is going on, my vibrations are so high today, it’s been work to stay grounded and not space off.

Tonight’s group may just be a surprise based on who comes because anytime I ask, I get: “”patience it’s still being decided.” Okay….

My dreams are beyond vivid. Everything from a red headed version of myself trying to help me now to ‘remember my magic and to remember what it means to be magic.’ Then I had dreams of humanity lighting up like fireworks and electricity and we become something more, something extraterrestrial like. New…perhaps that is the better word. We become ‘new’ and shiny and sparkly…

Then I had a darker dream where humans chose to develop technology instead of themselves and long story short… we became machines. I say the second one seems darker… it wasn’t ‘evil’ or ‘scary’ it just was a feeling of detachment from organic life and onto a heavy reliance of technology. It felt cold. Haha.

I’ll take the first scenario please! The two scenarios ended up bridging and it was an overlapping of viewpoints? Those who focused on themselves and others were illumined. People who tried to understand those who were changing relied on machine. They felt that the only way they could achieve what the other half achieved was by technology because their DNA fell short. Even though that was illusion. They just didn’t understand how to activate theirs and refused to go through the healing and learning process to transform. Did that make sense? Lol it doesn’t have to. It was my dream.

Back to this world… Yesterday I noticed I kept seeing two dragonflies together, always over the Buddha statue in the garden. It just reminded me of the butterflies the other week. I find it neat that they kept hovering side by side over his head. It’s not usual, in my experience, to just see two dragonflies hovering stationary side by side. One blue and one green.

Online after a quick google search. 😉 I find this:

“If Dragonfly has zipped into your life:

Though my guidance team are saying that information while generally true is not complete. So my guides are adding to the above information that the dragonfly came to me to symbolize magic is coming. (Hey, that ties in with my dreams with redheaded ‘me’…) They are saying dragonflies represent illusion and ‘illusion magic’ followed by transformation of emotions and actions. One of my guides are saying the dragonfly was a messenger that visions are on their way and the elemental realm is reaching out to communicate with me. The blue and green are hues of ‘illusion and truth’. My tall blue guide is saying that the dragonfly is a symbol that there is a light spectrum of power that the human eyes can’t usually see, that is available to me should I choose to be receptive. He also says those who the dragonfly comes to would find comfort in water and lastly that this blue dragonfly is telling me that I can walk in ‘many realities simultaneously’.

Mostly my guides want me to know that the dragonflies biggest message to me was to use the power of illusion magic. Also to remember there are many levels to my current worlds I’ve chosen to participate in and that I should look through the illusion to find truth. They say it should be as easy as breathing for me because I have mastered this…

Before I went to close out of my browser, one of my guides stopped the computer from scrolling so I wouldn’t pass up this message of dragonfly: “See how you can apply the art of illusion to your present question or situation, and remember that things are never completely as they seem.”

 

Well okay… that is very fitting. Not new or Earth shattering information for me, though it is a good reminder and does bring light to certain experiences.

I find it interesting that as my guides were telling me about the dragonfly message, I felt energy shifting. It was coming from earth to my legs. It really felt intense through the right leg. Eventually it evened out. About the time it evened out I felt my heart center expand and then insert pressure. My back had a crazy amount of pressure and a fire-like burning sensation that felt like rocking in the water. Then that gave away to cool relief and moved up to my forehead and crown and just felt like a beautiful cool breeze and made me feel so light, airy and playful! My thought in that moment was of barbies! I was like ‘it has been years since I’ve played pretend with barbies’ Then the dizziness comes as I try and type with these feelings, so I took a pause and went outside to ground.

I feel grounded like I did when I was in the Mammoth Cave system. Whoa! Grateful!

Speaking of grounding, it has been brought to my attention from others that I should really really really focus on grounding. I usually do a daily routine… I’m thinking it might be time to tweak my routine and of course I’ve been focusing on grounding after… like… everything these past few days. I guess how often I was doing it wasn’t enough and how I was doing it is no longer effective for me. I didn’t realize we could grow out of techniques… I mean now I am like duh, I’m always learning and changing everything else, why not the way I ground too. 😉

By the way, doing my best to update with experiences often. My guides want me to share my physical experiences, synchronicity, magical, meditative experiences etc…. I still question this as I am very much introverted and it takes guts to write about these and not care about judgement…

Anyway, Ashtar and Michael are here now wanting my attention and feeling rather serious, so I am going to get offline and go and see what they want and get things ready for my group tonight. 🙂

To feel your body change.

It’s quite interesting to feel my body changing. New sensations. Energy is now felt in places I don’t usually feel energy flow. There has been sensitivity to products and foods that I never usually have reactions with.

Crazy pressure in my tailbone and up my spine. Some days the pressure comes up higher than others. I keep feeling waves of energy permeate my body and release rather forcibly through my hands, throat, head and feet. 

Oh and my vision! It goes from blurry to crystal clear, like lens adjusting. It gets so clear at times I swear I see particles in the air everywhere around.  It’s pretty wild.

I’ve been receiving energy bodywork once a week with a friend and I believe that is the saving grace that is helping me integrate this change on all levels. The energy body work combined with me doing frequency infusions on myself I think are assisting with my emotions. Without me grounding and infusing myself I get really emotional, over everything. It’s really made me feel to my core. Interesting thing is I can feel the emotions in different areas of my body. I do a hole release thing mentally when this happens. It helps me to not burst into tears over everything. Hahaha! 

I just wish this didn’t cause nauseated side effects and light sensitivity. Even with those it’s been an interesting ride.

Today I keep hearing an interesting pulsing sound that seems to follow me and shortly after I hear it I get tingly and my body feels like it’s pulsating to match. That’s when I start to get really spacey and feel “gone”. This is kind of how I felt all day. 

I have readings though so grounding back to Earth. I am listening to my guides and taking everything slow and not rushing around. Michael says “no anxiety! Happy thoughts only. Easing into your daily activities on your own terms, when you feel ready, not because you are rushed.” Soooo… I’m doing that.

Lots and lots of green tea. I suddenly can’t seem to get enough of it and water. You know when you have those moments where you are so thirsty and water is the most amazing thing you can give your body. You gulp, gulp, gulp cuz you can’t get enough? Well I have that often, daily. Every couple of hours. Lol. 

I’ve also been seeing sparkles and particles everywhere. Did I mention that already? Well if I did oops! I find it neat to see. It certainly adds a magical look.

Anyway, off to find something grounding to do before my next appointment.
